Terms for optional one-time premium companions, rooms, and the Complete Cozy Pack.
Seller, merchant of record, and products
KiteStudio is the publisher and supplier of optional Cozy Pet digital content. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for new purchases and provides hosted checkout, tax handling, receipts, and License Keys. Google and the Chrome Web Store are not the seller and do not process these purchases.
Individual premium companions and rooms have listed base prices from US$3.99 to US$7.99. The US$9.90 Complete Cozy Pack unlocks all eight premium companions and eight premium rooms. Every purchase is one-time, with no subscription or recurring fee. Taxes or currency conversion may vary by location.
Checkout and delivery
New checkout is hosted by Lemon Squeezy. Cozy Pet does not receive payment-card or bank details. After purchase, select Lemon Squeezy in Cozy Pet and enter the checkout email and License Key from the receipt.
Customers who previously purchased the Complete Cozy Pack through Gumroad in version 2.0.0 may select Gumroad and restore that existing key. Gumroad is not the default provider for new 2.1.0 purchases.
The extension must be online when a key is activated or refreshed. Releasing a Lemon Squeezy device license removes that device instance. Reinstallation or clearing local data removes locally stored license information; a remotely valid key can be entered again subject to its activation limit.
License and acceptable use
A purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased premium content with Cozy Pet. It does not transfer ownership of KiteStudio software, characters, artwork, branding, or other intellectual property. Reselling keys, sharing them publicly, bypassing verification, or using automated abuse against checkout or licensing services is not permitted.
Refunds, privacy, and support
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Contact kitestudio.dev@gmail.com with the provider, order number, checkout email, and a description of the issue. Do not send payment-card details.
