Steps for restoring Lemon Squeezy purchases, legacy Gumroad purchases, reinstalling, and getting help.
Restore a purchase
- Open Cozy Pet from Chrome's side panel and select Store.
- Under Already purchased?, choose Lemon Squeezy for a new 2.1.0 purchase, or Gumroad only for a Complete Cozy Pack bought through version 2.0.0.
- Enter the same checkout email shown on the receipt.
- Paste the License Key from the receipt and select Verify & unlock.
- If access does not update, confirm Chrome is online and select Refresh purchases.
The provider, product, variant, checkout email, license status, and device instance are checked before Lemon Squeezy content unlocks. A key for another product will not work in Cozy Pet.
Move, reinstall, or release a device
Use Release licenses on this device before moving a Lemon Squeezy license when possible. After reinstalling or clearing local data, enter the same valid key again. Lemon Squeezy activation limits still apply. Gumroad legacy verification does not create a device instance and does not increase the key's use count.
Purchase or refund help
Email kitestudio.dev@gmail.com with the payment provider, order number, checkout email, and a short description. Never send payment-card details and do not post the License Key publicly.
Privacy at a glance
Progress and to-dos remain in Chrome's local extension storage. Cozy Pet does not read webpage content, visited URLs, or browsing history. License information is sent only to the official License API of the provider selected during restoration. Read the complete Privacy Policy.
