Help when a purchase does not work.

For an unresolved verified technical problem, contact kitestudio.dev@gmail.com within 14 days with the Lemon Squeezy order number. Refund eligibility may be limited after digital content activation except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Refunded, disputed, charged-back, or disabled licenses lose Premium access after validation. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
